Customs services, which are an indispensable part of international trade, are given to Turkey’s notable industrial companies under a perfect service understanding, and with the management of a professional team.

LEGISLATION SERVICE

Our group consists of experienced personnel supported by retired managers and inspection officers from the TR Customs, and our services include determination of G.I.T.P for goods (Authentic writings, notifications, decrees, Official Newspaper, and other changes are sent to our firms in a circular fashion via e-mail / fax), and consulting services for any material(s) that our clients want to import, and our clients’ projects. We also do not charge fees for communications regarding consulting and legislation processes.

IMPORT / EXPORT SERVICE

Your files are carefully traced via your assigned customer representative. Our trace starts with the notice of the goods being loaded, then instructions to the shipper are received, and the documents that are taken by our couriers are examined under TR customs laws, codes, and regulations; and using the written declaration, the customs operation continues and the goods delivery is done.
Customer representatives take and prepare the export papers by validating them in the required institutions; and then the customs process continues.
Files that are prepared in these import and export processes are sent to our headquarters, and then invoices are created to be sent to the customer’s firm in a speedy fashion.

ACCOUNTING SERVICE

We are obliged to finish customers’ files (relating to customs operations that are done under the customer’s name) along with invoices, statements of accounts, and account reconciliations under two days.

PROJECT SERVICE

Our services include calculating the cost for the goods which are planned to be imported, preparing the necessary commodities, and tracing all documents that are required for the process.
Other services are preparing paperwork for induced investment temporary imports, temporary exports, and internal & external processing.

CUSTOMS CONSULTING SERVICES

Our services include determination of HTS for goods that are going to be imported or exported, preparing the related paperwork, making the registrations and giving consulting services.

COURIER SERVICE

With our team that consists of couriers with motors and couriers on foot, we take instructions, take bank documents, and trace other company documents all day long.
